Stepping into the Amazon jungle, visiting one of the world’s most active volcanoes (Cotopaxi), swimming in some of the countless waterfalls and hot springs in the Andes mountains, and cruising off the Pacific coastline to witness the yearly Humpback whale migration, it was definitely a trip for the books. We fell in love with the warm and welcoming people of Ecuador, the environmental diversity, and the natural beauty of the land.
