Palestinian woman from Gaza testifies about being detained and drugged by Israeli forces

“The Israeli soldiers injected us with an unknown substance and interrogated us,” testified Hadeel Yousef Issa al-Dahdouh, who was detained from her home in Gaza, after being released from Israeli detention. Hadeel, a mother of two young children, was taken and beaten by Israeli forces and interrogated for information regarding the 7th of October Hamas attack. She was also questioned about Yahya Sinwar, the head of Hamas in Gaza. She recounts that Israeli forces beat them when they responded to the questions. She says that a photo of her on the back of a military truck, surrounded by other bruised, detained Palestinian men, stands as evidence of Israel's mistreatment of Palestinians.
