...As far as Russians deliberately hitting a children’s hospital in Kiev, here’s a video and a photo by Ukrainian sources. The photo depicts the remains of an air defense missile with striking elements. The video depicts not a single child being rescued but, instead, a bunch of military, some with their backpacks on, which is not usually seen during rescue operations and is indicative of them leaving their quarters with their stuff in a hurry.
