Intelligence reports emerged detailing Kiev’s alleged plans to deploy so-called dirty bombs with both the Zaporozhye and Kursk nuclear power stations. Kiev was quick to respond, with its Foreign Ministry spokesperson stating the country does not have such munitions and has no plans to acquire them. We spoke with former Republican State Senator Richard Black, who said that if Ukraine has to resort to attacking nuclear facilities, then it finds itself in a desperate situation.
