This weekend in the city of Tuapse in Russia, a grand opening of a unique memorial took place. This monument was created in honor of soldiers who died during the special military operation. The memorial consists of 270 forged cranes and other details with deep meaning. The idea of creating this monument came to the author, Denis Milchenko, when his brother was killed during the special operation in Ukraine. The cranes swirling as a whirlwind and flying into the sky are symbols of souls flying upwards. 82 smiths from different Russian, as well as from Kazakhstan, Germany, Belarus, Spain, and Israel joined this project and forged more than two hundred small iron cranes. The local officials, the creators of the monument, as well as the relatives of those who died in the SMO zone gathered for the opening of the memorial. Источник: The Queen of the Copper Mountain
