Fabulous Technique to create an Art Journal Background Stencil Smooshing with Distress Inks

🌞Hi everyone! I am playing in my watercolor journal today using Distress Inks and Distress Oxides together with some of our new stencils. This technique creates a lovely layered background that can be used not only for art journaling also for other mixed media projects like cards, atcs or tags. I am inking up the stencils, spritz them with water and then use them like a stamp to get an impression on my pages. I am drying the layers inbetween to avoid mud and to get a more dimensional look.
