Anaerobic infection; anaerobic bacteria; anaerobic paraproctitis, abscess; phlegmon; how to treat abscess; sodium hypochlorite solution; necrotic fasciitis. In previous video, we demonstrated so rare pathology. Female patient 38 years old with 134 kg body weight, suffering from anaerobic pelvic paraproctitis, complicated by severe anaerobic infection of the perineum, pelvis and abdomen with necrotic fasciitis, myositis, cellulitis, severe sepsis. Treatment: Stage wounds dressings 3 times a day using sodium hypochlorite solution & other antiseptics washing, stage necrectomy of adipose tissue, muscles and fascia, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, intensive therapy, complex antibacterial treatment & so on.
