Into the Wild | Exploring the Real Abandoned Bus

***UPDATE: The bus has been moved! WATCH MY VIDEO ABOUT IT HERE: On July 7th 2019 I spent 24 hours at the long abandoned Fairbanks Bus 142 ('Magic Bus') on the Stampede Trail near Healy, Alaska. The bus was made popular by Christopher Johnson McCandless also known by the pseudonym Alexander Supertramp. I did this trip with my friend Ryan Lester of ParklandFilms. Check out his take on this adventure over on his channel: He is the subject of 'Into the Wild', a nonfiction book by Jon Krakauer that was later made into a full-length feature film directed by Sean Penn. My personal interest in this seemingly un-reachable destination interested me from a young age as we studied the book in school and I have watched the movie plenty times over.
