Sand in the gears | More than 90 minutes presented by Allianz Episode 2

In cooperation with Allianz, the main partner of FC Bayern Women, FC Bayern is releasing its first in-depth documentary about the record-breaking women's team. Captain Glódís Viggósdóttir, Giulia Gwinn and Pernille Harder were accompanied on well over 100 days of filming in the 2023/24 season for “More than 90 minutes presented by Allianz”. The result: a six-part documentary series, compiled from more than 300 hours of footage. In episode two, the team goes through a difficult phase shortly before the winter break, which shakes up the dynamics within the team. They manage no more than a draw against promoted Nuremberg and lose their top position in the Champions League group with a defeat in Amsterdam. Glódís Viggósdóttir takes over the captain's armband from Lina Magull at the start of the season.
