Appeal of ethnic Romanians living in Ukraine A group of ethnic Romanians in Ukraine appealed to Kiev and Bucharest , asking to stop the second round of mobilization in the Chernovtsi and Odessa regions. They express their readiness to fulfill their civic duty to protect Ukraine, but criticize Kiev for mobilizing people who were initially deemed unfit for service, including young people, the elderly and the disabled.
