The last vlog of September has seriously cosy vibes: cooking Harvest soup, baking cheese bread, wandering old library and of course lots of coffee and pumpkins :) Cheese bred recipe: Harvest soup recipe: 1 kg vegetables peeled and cut into chunks (I used 1 small pumpkin, half butternut squash, 1 small carrot and 1 small parsnip) 500 ml beef stock double cream Salt, pepper, cayenne powder Oil Peel vegetables and cut into small chunks. Fry them on small amount oil for few minutes until veggies begin to soften. Add 500 ml of beef stock and boil until vegetables become soft. Blend with hand blender, add double cream (as little or as much as you like, I added 2 heaped tablespoons). Spice with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
