China, Japan and South Korea have agreed to revive three-way cooperation to boost trade, following two-days of talks in Seoul. In their first summit in more than four years, leaders agreed to speed up talks for a free trade agreement as part of “mutually beneficial“ cooperation projects across six key areas. China is the largest trading partner of South Korea and Japan. In a joint statement, the leaders also reaffirmed their commitment to pursue the denuclearisation of the Korean Peninsula.
