116% Damage Reduction Sona (PBE Changes)

Quick FYI for those who don't understand this: Sona's passive has a special effect based on the the last ability she used. if it was her Q, then her passive deals less damage. if it was her W, then her passive applies damage reduction on the target. It it was her E, then her passive applies a slow on the target. Right now(patch ), the damage reduction value on her W is 20% ( 2% per 100 AP), but she has a a few changes on the PBE, and one of them is that they changed the damage reduction value to 25%
