A very cold January took its toll on my fruit trees inside and outside of my greenhouse this winter. To grow as many calories as possible in my challenging environment this year, I'm growing 8 varieties of sweet potatoes using various methods - raised beds, growing pots, greenhouse beds and in the ground among the tree stumps.
