10 MIN BEGINNER AB LINES WORKOUT | 11 Line Abs & Sixpack (Without Getting Bulky) | Eylem Abaci

I thought we need another abs workout for total beginners.♥︎ This workout includes ab exercises which target especially the obliques in order to make that sexy 11 line visible. We have 30 sec of exercise 10 sec of rest. If you are not a beginner anymore, do this workout as a core activation before your ab training or skip the breaks and continue with the previous exercise instead. So if you skip the breaks, you will perform each exercise for 40 seconds - that's a challenge! To make this workout more challenging, change the half side planks with side planks. :) ▪️ Intensity: Beginner ▪️ Recommendations: • Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion.
