Fran meets Maxwell's brother Nigel in Paris. From Season 3 Episode 27, 'A Pup In Paris'. Fran runs onto Mr. Sheffield's plane with his bag and ends up in Paris with him and C.C.'s dog. Whilst they are in Paris, Fran and Maxwell meet Maxwell's brother, Nigel, who hits on Fran! Maxwell and Fran spend some time together in Paris, and on the plane back, Maxwell says I love you!
