Staying Young at Heart - How to Connect With Your Childlike Spirit Hey there lovely :) The topic of staying forever young at heart is something I've written about and created videos on many times in the past because it is seriously so important to my spirit. I believe that cultivating that deeper connection with our childlike selves helps us soften our shells and it allows us to have way more FUN in this life!
