How to code a slide out navigation | Part 1: The HTML & CSS

In this video, I start working on the navigation menu for my Portfolio website that I’ve built using CSS Grid. I write all the HTML and CSS to get the menu in place, and in the next video I’ll be using JavaScript, as well as a few new lines of CSS, to get it to slide in and out when it’s clicked on. I style the navigation using Flexbox because it’s a 1-dimensional layout (only a column), so there is no need to use the Grid for this.
