INGREDIENTS FOR PUFF: - 130ml water - 3g salt - 50g butter - 2 eggs INGREDIENTS FOR CUSTARD CREAM: - 2 yolks - 200ml milk - 40g sugar - 20g flour INGREDIENTS FOR WHIPPED CREAM: - 150ml whipped cream - 15g sugar NOTES: - Bake at 200°C or 392°F for 10 mins, then 180°C or 356°F for 20 mins, finally 160°C or 320°F for 10 mins. That's 40 mins total. - Cake flour is best, but all-purpose works too.
