Here is my first Latin video. It is a beautiful tune by a female trio called Pandora. They came from Mexico. Their lineup in 1991 consisted of sisters Isabel & Mayte Lascurain, and Liliana Abaroa (who replaced Isabel & Mayte's cousin Fernanda Meade in 1989). The name of the song here is: “Con Tu Amor“ which was written by Juan Gabriel. Pandora released their very acclaimed album “Con Amor Eterno“ in the spring of 1991. The album consists of Juan Gabriel compositions (a few of which are medleys). This song (Con Tu Amor) is the first track on that album. “Con Amor Eterno“ won a Lo Nuestro Award for 'Pop Album of the Year.' The girls also won a Lo Nuestro Award for 'Pop Duo or Group.' This video was taken from an episode of “Siempre En Domingo“ most likely broadcast on Univision on May 5, 1991 (Cinco de Mayo). The footage was taped in mid-to late April 1991 in Costa Rica.
