Rothrock & Roll with the Punches: Vincent Lyn - Episode 1

Joining Cynthia Rothrock on this debut episode of ’Rothrock & Roll with the Punches’ is her “The Blonde Fury” co-star, martial artist Vincent Lyn. Vincent was born to a British musical prodigy mother and a Chinese father whose family formed the Ling Gar kung fu style, from which Wing Chun was partly based. He started studying martial arts at age 8. Vincent has excelled in not just the art of Kung Fu but in its application as well. He is a 10th degree black sash Grandmaster who has been invited to teach ma
