Go to a Steal the Helicopter side mission and shoot at the enemy nearest the chopper. He’ll immediately try to take off in the helicopter. The second you shoot towards him, trigger a mortar strike centered on the chopper and if timed properly, the strike will hit the helicopter as it’s taking off. If you miss, allow yourself to die and you’ll be placed nearby
