Take 3 rather plain hairbows and turn them into one FAB bow using this surround a bow technique. For this hair bow, I used (1) 4.5 inch Classic Boutique hairbow w/ 1.5 inch ribbon, (1) 3 inch Classic Boutique hairbow w/ 7/8 inch ribbon and a 4 inch surround a bow made with 3/8 inch ribbon.
