This is my second build of this bandsaw mill... The first was underpowered and underbuilt, so I tore it down to the frame and started over... This video is just the walk-around of the mill showing vital parts and functions... I tried to show everything I could think of to help someone come up with ideas for their mill... If I had plans for this, I could have built it in about a week assuming all my parts were standing by... I used a Hobart 125 flux core wire welder, 2x2x3/16“ square tube, and “ square tube for the frame and carriage... The blade guides are from Cooks Saw MFG, sold as a compete assembly (recommend you buy the complete assembly)... The engine is a DuroMax 18hp (Honda clone) and is plenty of power for this size mill... My log bed rails are 2x2x1/8“ angle iron flipped on it's end and my casters ride well on them... The log bunks are 4x4x1/4“ steel tubing... The rails are 19 or 20ft, giving me about 17ft of cutting length... The good thing about
