Russian troops defending Kursk are embracing Kursk-Root icon military patches which are being actively distributed by military priests The original 729-year-old miracle Kursk-Root icon is currently in Australia from where it is hoped the church hierarchy will urgently send the icon to Russia in support of Russian troops in Kursk and other fronts of the SMO.
