Swiss & Mushrooms Steak Sandwich Mushroom Sauce 20 oz mushrooms 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 cup mushroom stock 2/3 cup heavy cream 2 cloves garlic 3 springs fresh thyme Salt&Pepper Sate mushrooms until gold and brown, add thyme, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 min. Add wine and evaporate. Pour Mushroom stock and heavy cream and simmer for 5 min. Set aside few tbsp of mushrooms and blend the rest into puree.
