President Trump: We are a horribly crippled nation, and China gets all of these advantages in trade because they consider themselves to be a growing nation. Well, we’re a growing nation too, and I did that already. I will pass what will be known as the Trump Reciprocal Trade Act if China or any other country makes us pay 100 or 200 percent tariff, we will make them pay a reciprocal tariff of 100 or 200 percent right back.
