Sledge Hockey Skills - Stopping

In this clip, Graeme Murray of Canada’s National Sledge Hockey Team demonstrates a basic stop on a sled. You’ll see that stopping begins like turning. You should focus on “unweighting“ and shifting your weight to the back of the sled to dig the blades into the ice.
