[gestures wildly] so uh we're here now?? essentially, a time travelling hermione hopes to end a certain gaunt bloodline but instead ends up in the 1950s where a certain young dark lord has a few horcruxes already in play... and suddenly a change in tactics is in order. i tried to bring the unhinged “girlboss, gaslight, gatekeep“ vs “manipulate, manwh!re, mansplain“ that is their fanon dynamic tbh. and well, actively trying to destroy the other but also - i was heavily inspired by “blood and gold“ by ObsidianPen & “altered state“ by Ginnyruin (see below links & synopsis)! i very much recommend them both (especially if you loved the “enemies/and a secret third thing vibe“ of darklina). the plot twists! the villains! best witch of her age hermione! fancastin
