The manufacturing techniques of many Ancient Egyptian artefacts cannot be easily explained. The tools ascribed to these works are typically bronze chisels. Yet, they are highly insufficient, and don’t seem to be the right implements for such high finishes. The question thus remains, how were these sculptures made? This question has indeed baffled us for the last two centuries, at the least, as Ancient Egyptian treasures began to emerge from the depths of the sands.
