Done at Tassie Twist Off 2022 A very crazy day for me, luck, flow, and environment were all on point this morning. I came into this competition hoping for a sub-7 average, and I was even sceptical of breaking through that barrier. On the first day of the competition I ended up getting my first sub-6 solve with a , and later in that average a . And on this Sunday I was hoping to just keep up 6-7s times. So getting an average of this calibre has truly just befuddled me. This is a slightly saddening moment for me, because I know I will not come close to this for a long time to come, but I’m very satisfied to have broken this barrier well before my time. I would like to thank everyone for their support in my cubing career so far and for those who have offered their congratulations today. Thank you to Ari for editing this video for me and also for being an amazing cubing friend through the years. Thank you especially to my friend Alex who was a very professional and respectful judge at his first ever competition You can watch the reconstructions of these solves over on Ari’s channel here: I haven’t done an official announcement yet but I am now sponsored by SpeedCubeShop and I encourage you all to use the code “JBREW” for a discount at checkout!
