AKVIS OilPaint () turns your photo into an oil painting. After the effect is applied, you can make final touches using the tools: Oil Brush, History Brush, Smudge. - The Oil Brush lets you strengthen the oil effect on desired areas. With this tool you can draw high quality strokes that look like made by a real oil paint brush. - The History Brush helps to fade the effect. This tool can edit only the strokes painted with the brushes keeping the oil effect. - The Smudge tool is used to refine the image by removing paint irregularities. Read more: #edit
