Clip 1# The work of the calculations of the self-propelled guns “Malka“ Artillery units of the Central Military District, equipped with long-range 203-mm self-propelled guns 2S7M “Malka“, strike at targets on the front line and in the near rear of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The guns are capable of hitting manpower, equipment and enemy fortifications at ranges up to 40 kilometers with high-explosive fragmentation ammunition. The calculation of the installation is advanced and deployed at the firing position in less than 5 minutes. When interacting with UAV operators, heavy self-propelled guns “Malka“ are an effective means of counter-battery combat against any enemy artillery, including Western models. Clip 2# Combat work of the Grad MLRS of the airborne troops The fighters of the rocket artillery battalion of the airborne troops work daily on targets in one of the strategic directions in the NVO zone. The paratroopers strike from the BM-21 Grad MLRS. With salvos of 122-mm shells, they cover the manpower and equipment of the enemy, deploying, launching and changing positions in a few minutes. The crews operate day and night, and during the day they can perform 5-6 fire missions. And although the BM-21 has successfully proven itself in the past, at the moment the combat vehicles are largely outdated. In the current conditions, it is necessary to modernize their fire control equipment, as well as the introduction of corrective ammunition.
