It’s evening, you are already chilling on the sofa and forgot to do your daily dose of stretching?! No problem, I got you! :-) I created this simple and effective routine with easy stretches you can do WHILE you are on the sofa watching your favourite show! At any time you can actually see the screen. Obviously there is no music in this one (it would be bothering while watching TV, right). I only included the familiar beeps, so you know when to change positions! Also a little hack for you: If you want to increase the time of each stretch, just put down the playback speed of the video to 0,75 or 0,5. This way you get to spend more time to enjoy this session ;) Well, that’s basically it! Enjoy this Stretch and let me know in the comments which Show or Movie you are watching in the moment?! Hugs.
