In September 2015, Dr Brian Senewiratne had his son, Dr Romesh Arya Chakravarti, locked up at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, and while he was locked up there, went to his house and plundered and desecrated the house and garden. His particular target was anything Sinhalese and Buddhist, which he and the men he employed, destroyed and threw in the garden.
