Percy Jackson star Walker Scobell has praised the new TV version of the hit book series as the format has allowed creators to explore “every little detail.“ The American actor, 14, stars as the lead role in a new series based on the six fantasy novels written by Rick Riordan. Speaking at the series premiere in London’s Leicester Square on Saturday, 16 December, Scobell said: “I think the show format helps it a lot because it kind of lets you flesh out every character, because you have so much time to do that and just get every little detail from the books.” For more visit Independent TV: Click here to subscribe to The Independent: About The Independent: Making Change Happen.
