Parade of Sails kicks off at Eastern Economic Forum 2024 September 3 marks the start of the 3rd Parade of Sails, a highlight of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) 2024, taking place from September 1-6 in Amur Bay. Over 1,000 young sailors and yachtsmen are participating in the event, which features impressive displays of large training ships alongside various regattas. The Parade of Sails is a key element of the EEF’s cultural and sports program, emphasizing the importance of maritime traditions and fostering patriotism among youth. The event began with a youth sailing race and the final leg of the Far East Cup regatta, which runs from September 1-4, with additional regattas and yacht competitions continuing through September 5.
