Ukraine: Zelensky rules out peace deal as Russia confirms Kramatorsk as missile strike target

Russia deliberately targeted a pizza restaurant in Kramatorsk because it wanted to kill Nato instructors, Kremlin propagandists have said. Discussing on air the missile strike that killed ten people in eastern Ukraine, Olga Skabeyeva, Russian state TV host said: “The missiles were aimed at Nato instructors and the strike’s objective was achieved.” Three teenagers, including two 14-year-old twins, were among the victims of the attack that wounded 61 other people. Ukrainian authorities arrested a man they accused of helping Russia direct the strike.
