I walked around Sta Rosa Bayan (City Center) after some light rain. The area isn't that big at all, but seemed to really have everything within a small area. During my walk, the community was preparing for the holiday season at the city plaza, I can't wait to go back and make a night video of the place once all the decorations and people are out.
