Gorareduvius sp. collecting the sticky resin from the leaves of spinifex grass (Triodia bitextura) in Western Australia. The assassin bugs first scrape the leaves with forelegs and afterwards smear the resin onto the femorae of fore and mid legs. After building a resin deposit on the femorae, the assassin bugs use their legs to spread the resin to other body parts. Video shown in real time. Credit: Soley & Herberstein, Biol. Lett., 2023
