Ingredients: 250 gms lady finger 250 gms Prawns 3-4 chillies 1 onion paste Home made masala paste (Ginger, Garlic, Dhaniya and Jeera mix) 2 spoons of salt and chilli powder 1 spoon of turmeric powder 2 cups of tamarind juice Oil Procedure: 1) Preheat the pan, add 2-4 spoons of oil. 2) Add onion paste, chillies amd turmeric cook until it turns golden color 3) Add cleaned prawns and cook for 5-7 mins till there is no raw smell 4) Add chopped lady fingers, salt, chilli powder, masala paste 5) Put the stove on high flame and mix the ingredients well. Cook it for 5-8 minutes 6) Add 2 cup of tamarind juices to the pan 7) Put the stove on medium flame and close the pan with the lid 8) Cook for about 30 mins with intervals of mixing the curry 9) Once the oil starts floating on the curry you can turn off the stove and the curry is ready to serve Thank you for reading. #bendakayacurry #prawns #bendakayaprawns #andhra
