The women are lined up in street; group of military and civic representatives walk along rows; old 3-4 story buildings in BG. Women's Army group inspected. Male Army officers talk with group of women who wear white ruffled bonnets and long skirts. Mayor gives medal to a man. Crowd filling up street; people moving about. Then a shot looking down street; with crowd along side of street; some on porch or under awning of a shop. Policemen walk by. A parade comes up street; with Army marching band. Then Women's Army.
