The Z House is a residence located on one of the highest hills in Zihuatanejo, Mexico, offering unparalleled panoramic views. The main concept of the project was to create a minimalist house with spacious social spaces where users could enjoy the panoramic views and the region's climate. Consisting of three staggered levels, the house adapts to the terrain's topography, respecting and taking advantage of its unique characteristics. The upper level houses the master bedroom, which provides a stunning view and the sensation of floating in the air due to its altitude. The intermediate level of the house serves as the main social area, with direct access to the balcony and pool area. The lower level features two additional bedrooms. Due to the irregular land, the main access is located on the upper part of the land.
