Then sit in a pot of cold water to cool - Chop Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Spring Onion, Radish and Red & Yellow Bell Peppers into a bowl - Strain your Tuna and add to the bowl - Restrain The Pasta and add to the bowl - Create the dressing using a mixture 60% Olive Oil & 40% White Wine Vinegar with a heaping teaspoon of green pesto and a teaspoon and a half of dijon mustard. Add a clove or two of garlic, a good amount of salt & pepper and a tiny pinch of sugar then shake/whisk thoroughly -
