TF2 NEW UNUSUAL EFFECT COMMUNITY EVENT!! - Particle Mayhem

So recently a new community event began in which you have to make your best themed unusual effect for hats, unusual taunt effects, particle effecst for maps or just any particle as a whole - Since I'm awful at making things I figured I'd do my part for the event by spreading the word! I wonder if we'll see any high tier or god tier effects created and added by Valve in the new scream fortress update that's hopefully around the corner!
