10 Min Stir-Fry Shrimp Noodles - Easy And Delicious Recipe Ingredients • 100g noodles • 5-6 shrimps, peeled and deveined • A handful of bean sprouts • 3 green onions, sliced into 2 inch pieces • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 2 shallots, sliced 1 egg Sauce • 1 tbs fish sauce • 1/2 tbs soy sauce • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar • 1/2 tbsp chili flake • 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tbs vinegar Method • 1. Blanch noodles in boiling water until it’s 80% cooked. Rinsed and Drained. Set aside. • 2. In a small bowl, combine all the spices and sauces and set aside. • 3. Heat a frying pan/ wok over medium high heat. Add cooking oil, shallot and garlic. Stir until it’s fragrant and golden. • 4. Add shrimps and stir for 30 seconds before adding 1 tbsp the prepared sauce. Cook for a minute and pull it to a side of the pan. Crack an egg and scramble it. • 5.
