1. Set the appropriate temperature based on the size, thickness, and components of the #PCBA, and adjust the rail width accordingly. 2. After the temperature test is qualified, use a dedicated temperature tester and corresponding test board to check the reflow oven temperature. 3. After completing 2D #AOI inspection, transport the PCBA into the reflow oven via the conveyor system for heating and soldering to create strong solder joints. 4. The #PCBA passes through the preheating, soaking, reflow, and cooling zones (a total of 10 zones) to complete the reflow soldering. 5. The soldered PCBA is automatically transferred to 3D AOI for solder quality inspection.
