When Dong-jun “Rascal“ Kim signed the Dallas Fuel during the break between Stage 1 and 2, many fans were excited at the prospect of seeing the former London Spitfire / Kongdoo Panthera player join fellow Korean DPS star Hyeon “EFFECT“ Hwang. After a rough start to Stage 1, there were hopes that the addition of Rascal to the team would help the Fuel experience a Stage 2 upswing in performance, but unfortunately as we all know things did not work out as planned due to a mixture of factors stemming from internal drama, player egos and questionable decisions by the team management amoung other issues. The problems brewing within the organization would ultimately lead to the departure of Rascal and coach Kyky on April 15th with the DPS player entering a state of free agency while the latter would go onto join the Houston Outlaws.
