Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt and Radars The picture on the left shows the damage to the “Voronezh“ DM radars in the Krasnodar Krai, Russia, which was reportedly inflicted last weekend by Ukrainian drone strikes. These radar stations are designed to detect the launch of ballistic nuclear missiles. As such, they are part of Russia’s nuclear umbrella. This incident is therefore widely discussed, with a lot of speculations about the US’ potential involvement (via its proxy Ukraine), and how incidents like this may lead to major escalation between the nuclear superpowers. We prefer the less sensationalist and more balanced analysis by Andrey Martyanov (see video). He questions the validity of the available reports about the incident and the theories about the US being behind it. But at the same time, he outlines a few possible ways in which Russia can retaliate should all of this prove real. Source: InfoDefenseENGLISH InfoDefense Source: Giuseppe Masala Chili ?
