I've always wondered why so many of the most popular shonen anime, like Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw Man, Attack on Titan, etc. all follow a similar concept: a teenager joins an organization to fight dangerous monsters. It's just like Bleach. Even though I'd argue Naruto and One Piece--the other members of the big three--are more popular and have made a larger cultural impact, Bleach is much more influential to how shonen manga and anime are written.
